1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tejaslifehealth.com, our booking calendar, and any services, communications, or materials provided by Tejas Life & Health (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Us & DBA Disclosure
Tejas Life & Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) of Tejas Life & Health Insurance, a licensed insurance agency located at 3002 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78415. All services, communications, and operations are provided by Tejas Life & Health Insurance under the Tejas Life & Health brand. References to Tejas Life & Health in these Terms mean Tejas Life & Health Insurance.
3. Our Services
We provide information about, and help consumers compare and enroll in, insurance products we offer, which may include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, life insurance, final expense, individual and family health insurance, and dental, vision, and hearing coverage. Plan availability, benefits, and premiums vary by carrier and location and are determined solely by the insurance carrier. Booking a consultation does not obligate you to purchase or enroll in any plan.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Tejas Life & Health Notifications & Updates.
Program description: When you opt in, you may receive transactional text messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, enrollment status, and customer service follow-ups) and, only if you separately consent, marketing text messages (plan information, enrollment period reminders, educational content, and offers) from Tejas Life & Health (a DBA of Tejas Life & Health Insurance).
How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the applicable unchecked, optional consent box on our booking form at tejaslifehealth.com/contact-us. Consent is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or any service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (361) 633-6995.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers in support of our Services (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, or compliance providers) is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those Services to you.

5. Communications Consent (TCPA)
If you check the marketing consent box, you provide express written consent for Tejas Life & Health (a DBA of Tejas Life & Health Insurance) and its licensed agents to contact you at the number and email provided, including by automated technology, an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages, for marketing purposes related to insurance products and services. This consent applies even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time by replying STOP, by emailing [email protected], or by calling (361) 633-6995.
6. Medicare Disclaimer
Tejas Life & Health (a DBA of Tejas Life & Health Insurance) is a licensed insurance agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to get information on all of your options. Not connected or affiliated with any United States Government or State agency. Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed this information. This is a solicitation for insurance. A licensed insurance agent may contact you.
7. No Professional Advice
Content on our website is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the policy issued by the carrier. Please consult the plan documents and appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.
8. Eligibility

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tejas Life & Health Insurance from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas.
